About the Author
Dr. Binoda Kumar Mishra is a Fellow at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies (MAKAIAS), Kolkata. He is a PhD from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His research interests include traditional and non-traditional security studies, Strategic Affairs, India-China and India-South East Asia engagements. He also has an interest in developmental studies and diaspora studies.
