About the Author

Nalin Bharti (Ph.D, JNU) is and Assistant Professor at Humanities and Social sciences, IIT Patna. Before joining IIT Patna, he has also taught at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (India's top law school in the year 2008) and 12th finance Commission, Government of India in 2004. He has presented and published several post doctoral research papers in leading global organizations and Journals.
